This Chinese New Year, Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam presents an exclusive festive dining experience designed for families, friends, and corporate groups to celebrate together. Available only on 16 February 2026, the Chinese New Year Dinner combines traditional dishes, cultural performances, and a lively setting to welcome the year ahead.
The celebration takes place at Bites Restaurant and The Tenth Tee, offering two distinct dining formats. At Bites Restaurant, guests can enjoy a Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner featuring festive staples such as Yu Sheng with smoked salmon, crispy calamari with chilli salt, Kung Pao chicken, salted egg prawns, and Szechuan-style beef. Live stations add to the experience, including Peking duck served with pancakes and hoisin sauce, wok-fried noodles with XO sauce, assorted dim sum, and carving stations with roasted beef, whole salmon, and ginger-steamed red snapper. Traditional desserts such as kue keranjang, kue angku, longan bean curd, mango pudding, and egg tarts complete the menu. This buffet is available exclusively for Chinese New Year.
For a more private celebration, The Tenth Tee offers the CIA TOK Chinese New Year Set Dinner, designed for group dining. This table set menu includes vegetable spring rolls, a cold platter of prawn mayonnaise, jellyfish, and poached chicken with oyster sauce, followed by seafood soup with seaweed. Main dishes feature Hong Kong–style steamed sea bass, buttered fried chicken, crispy prawns with Nestum, Peking duck with hoisin sauce, sautéed broccoli with mushrooms, and fried egg noodles with prawns and chicken in XO sauce. The meal ends with longan and beancurd dessert. This menu is also exclusive to Chinese New Year and available for one night only.
The evening is complemented by Yu Sheng tossing, a Lion Dance performance, live music, and lucky draw prizes, creating a festive atmosphere without losing focus on the food.
