The calendar at Prego at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali for the next year is set with colourful twists on its weekly Sunday brunch, creating a new and seasonal experience for every diner.
One of many reasons the new year fuels excitement is this transitional moment of refresh, heralding new beginnings, discoveries, and delights. Prego has twelve in store, one for each month until the end of 2026, in the form of Monthly Sunday Brunch.
Led by Italian native Chef Michele Antonucci, the restaurant’s weekly brunch experience will receive a customised update on the final Sunday of every month, adhering to a different theme inspired by colours that draw from the month’s seasons. Take the January edition, for example, inspired by the whiteness of winter. Red takes centre stage in February as a response to the romantic allure of Valentine’s Day; May arrives with Rosa Fiorita to celebrate the blossoms of springtime; September welcomes Terra Toscana as the autumnal atmosphere settles in; and December dons the silver mystique to usher in the jolly spirit of Christmas. An optional dress code is also set to further immerse diners in the monthly themes.
This sense of timeliness also plays a hand in featured menu items, highlighting seasonal produce and ingredients. Alongside collaborations with local artisans and creatives who bring each theme to life, Monthly Sunday Brunch continues the resort’s efforts in sustainability. Beyond this lineup, Prego invites guests to also explore glimpses of Italian culinary culture through hands-on cooking classes. These experiences ensure every visit leaves a lasting impression.
