On 19 and 20 May 2023, Seasalt will hold “A Taste of Excellence” dinner with Chef Takeumi Hiraoka from KITA 喜多 Restaurant of Park Hyatt Jakarta.
Growing up in a culinary family, Chef Takeumi Hiraoka was introduced to life in the kitchen at an early age. After a successful career in his native Japan, as well as achieving mastery of authentic knife skills, Chef Takeumi explored the world – starting with Eurasia and later the Middle East before joining Park Hyatt Jakarta.
For two nights only, Alila Seminyak’s Chef de Cuisine Hazwan Hamdan will collaborate with Chef Takeumi to bring unrivalled gastronomy experiences to the palates by offering a tantalising five-course set menu. Showcasing both of their expertise, the dinner will start at 6pm and is priced at IDR1,200,000++ per person. For a complete dining experience, a wine pairing package is also available at an additional cost.
