Marking 8th years of its presence, Henshin invited guests for an anniversary celebration at its place, serving drinks and a special Nikkei dining.
Henshin, the renowned Nikkei dining and bar destination at The Westin Jakarta, celebrates its 8th anniversary with an elevated celebration on Saturday, 26 July 2025.
Located on the hotel’s top three floors, Henshin is known for its authentic Peruvian-Japanese cuisine, innovative cocktails, and sweeping city views. For the anniversary, the celebration took place at the rooftop bar on the 67th floor, featuring guest DJs Damian Saint (W Bali) and Victor Trixter (W Kuala Lumpur), with additional sets by Tonehead and Henshin’s resident DJs. The evening concluded with a champagne sabrage and a fireworks display igniting the Jakarta skyline.
The night was spectacular and festive as the guests were given a two-hour free-flow package including selected wines, spirits, beers, non-alcoholic drinks, canapés from live stations and a Nikkei culinary showcase.
To complement the celebration, Henshin is also offered its Puno Set Menu at a special anniversary price. The four-course menu includes Tartar de Atun, a Signature Nigiri Trio, Australian Black Angus Tenderloin, and desserts such as Carro de Chocolate and Suspiro de Maracuyá.
Martin Weise, Director of Food and Beverage of Henshin shared his feeling and gratitude in the celebration of this 8th anniversary of Henshin.
