At the core of ERRE is a bold open-fire kitchen where meat, seafood and vegetables are grilled over jackfruit and tamarind wood, each lending its complexity. The technique harks back to traditions of Basque cooking, while the menu reflects modern Spanish flair. During its opening week, diners can enjoy a welcome drink such as a glass of Cava, a splash of Sangria or a refreshing Mediterranean-style mocktail, setting the tone for what’s to come.

Designed for two or more guests, the menu showcases open-fire cooking with starters inspired by Spanish tradition, followed by a shared grilled meat and fish selection, a side, and a house dessert. Chef Alejandro guides guests through each dish, with an optional wine pairing to elevate the meal’s progression.
