At the heart of Ah Yat Abalone’s offerings is its family-style hot pot set menu, designed to accommodate 2 to 5 guests, with priced ranging from IDR1,388,000++ to IDR4,500,000++. Guests can choose from three primary broth options: the bold and spicy mala soup, a light and refreshing chicken soup or a flavourful tomato soup. Notably, these broths can be refilled multiple times, ensuring a satisfying dining experience throughout the meal.​

Complementing the broths is a diverse selection of ingredients, ranging from succulent meats such as beef, pork belly and chicken, as well as fresh seafood including juicy crab, sweet scallops and tender grouper fish.
