Serving up a sublime gastronomic experience, Velada at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is hosting Evenings of Asian Flavours with Ubud’s famed Sacred Rice.
Strengthening Bali’s position as one of Asia’s best culinary destinations, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is hosting another fun collaboration with an exciting dining venue on the island. This time, the resort has invited Sacred Rice to take over the kitchen at Velada for three months.
From 11 March until June, chef James Tan of Sacred Rice is bringing his culinary skills to the shores of Nusa Dua. Renowned for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, he will be serving Southeast Asian fare to tantalise the taste buds.
Available for dinner only from Thursday to Sunday, enjoy a wide range of Asian-inspired dishes, such as Kalimantan prawns, Nonya chicken and slow-cooked beef. In addition to the kitchen takeover, this collaboration will also see a special Gin Parlour, where guests can indulge in six pages of gin-based cocktails to start the night.
