Aiming to be the ultimate family destination in North Jakarta, Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue brings a new flavour this Ramadan. Collaborating with Chef Göktan Sarisoy from Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul, the hotel is showcasing the best of Turkish cuisine for the whole month.
With his expertise in the kitchen, Chef Sarisoy has prepared a selection of dishes, such as yayla soup, arnavut cigeri (shrimp casserole) and hünkârbeğendi (sweetened rice pudding). This offering is available at both Summers at the Pool and The Chinese National from 22 March to 21 April 2023 during Iftar time. In addition, the hotel has prepared Ramadan hampers to take home filled with almond stuffed dates, cinnamon and clove nastar cookies and nutmeg chocolate dates tart.
