Joining Negroni Week 2025, The Langham, Jakarta showcases inventive cocktails that blend tradition with local and seasonal influences.
The Langham, Jakarta will take part in the global Negroni Week 2025, paying tribute to one of the world’s most enduring cocktails with a line-up of inventive serves across its restaurants and bars. From 22 to 28 September, guests can enjoy distinctive twists on the classic Negroni, each reflecting the personality of the venue in which it is served.
At Artesian, the internationally recognised cocktail bar, the highlight is the Cacao & Orange. This refreshment combines Bali cacao nibs gin, vanilla orange cordial and cacao cream distillate with Campari and citrus, resulting in a smooth, modern take with depth and balance.
Moving on to Tom’s by Tom Aikens, the focus shifts to the Banana & Cacao. Made with bourbon, banana liqueur, vermouth and Campari, it is presented in an Old Fashioned glass, offering a bold reinterpretation with a playful edge.
At Alice by Tom Aikens, the Berries & Pomelo presents a lighter, fruit-led variation. Pomelo strawberry gin and blackberry vermouth are combined with Campari to create a fresh and vibrant option, ideal for those seeking a brighter pour.
Meanwhile, at Morimoto Jakarta, the Kaffir Lime Americano provides a refreshing aperitivo. Blending kaffir lime soda, vermouth and Campari, it offers a zesty expression that suits Jakarta’s warm evenings.
Alexander Poindl, General Manager of The Langham, Jakarta, expresses his view on Negroni and how The Langham implement its style into the timeless drink.
“Our bartenders have reimagined it with local influences, seasonal ingredients, and the character of each outlet, making the celebration both international and uniquely ours,” he said.
