One of Asia’s top bars, ZEST Seoul, is making its way to Seminyak thanks to a partnership with W Bali – Seminyak and Perrier.
W Bali – Seminyak is turning up the heat this summer with an exclusive collaboration that promises to delight cocktail enthusiasts and elevate the island’s nightlife scene. Partnering with the iconic sparkling water brand Perrier®, the resort is hosting a two-day bar takeover event featuring the masterful mixologists from ZEST Seoul, a bar celebrated on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list.
This much-anticipated event will take place on 6 and 7 July 2024, beginning with an electrifying evening at W Lounge from 6pm onwards. The next day, more excitement awaits with a special brunch enhanced by a unique cocktail package created by ZEST Seoul’s creative talents.
Guests can look forward to an exclusive cocktail menu that showcases ZEST Seoul’s inventive spirit. The refreshing Peach & Tonic blend of gin, peach cordial & pickle, ZEST tonic water and Perrier sets the stage for a memorable evening. The Natural Long Tea, a bold concoction featuring Blanco tequila, mezcal, lime, grapefruit, natural coke and Perrier, offers a tantalising twist. For those seeking elegance, the Urban Bees cocktail combines gin, dry sherry, second flush citrus, lavender and Single Town Seoul honey. Finally, the unique Sikhye, a creative mix of organic rice soju, Korean spiced rum, pumpkin sikhye, milk whey and amaro dust, promises to captivate the palate. Each cocktail is priced at IDR180,000++.
ZEST Seoul, located in the upscale Cheongdam neighbourhood, opened its doors in December 2020. Founded by the seasoned bartender Demie Kim, alongside co-founders Jisu Park, Sean Woo and Noah Kwon, ZEST represents a leap of faith and a commitment to sustainability. The bar operates on a zero-waste model, making its own sodas, citrus stocks, and spirits, upcycling leftovers and sourcing local ingredients.
In just one year, ZEST earned a spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list. In 2023, it made an astonishing leap, climbing 43 places to become Asia’s No. 5 bar, the best bar in Korea, and securing the No. 18 spot on the global list — the year’s highest new entry.
