One of the restaurant’s unique offerings is the Menu al Buio, which translates to Menu in the Dark. Imagine stepping into a restaurant where there is no printed menu. Instead, Chef Fratini personally greets guests and takes the time to discuss their preferences, dietary restrictions and dislikes. He then returns to the kitchen, crafting a bespoke creation tailored just for them. That’s the allure of Menu al Buio.
