It’s all good news for Hong Kong’s Gordon Ramsay fans this year with the announcement that he will bring his iconic Maze Grill concept to the new Ocean Terminal extension of Hong Kong’s Harbour City in September, as well as relocating Bread Street Kitchen, Hong Kong to a swish new home.
The Maze Grill Hong Kong will take its menu inspiration from the three Maze Grills restaurants located in London, where steaks cooked over charcoal in the Josper Grill take centre stage. Guests can choose from a selection of international and rare breed cuts, opt for fish, poultry, and the Gordon Ramsay signature dish of Beef Wellington or indulge in the famous bottomless brunch.
