Set on the relaxing grounds of Villa Air Bali, Herbs & Stones Garden Restaurant is ready to tantalise every taste bud with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Designed as an oasis in the middle of Seminyak, the casual all-day dining venue is offering creative dishes rooted in French cuisine with a twist of international flair.
Under the lead head chefs Arya Muliarta and Ngurah Widia Taruna, the culinary team has created a health-inspired menu focused on quality. To assure this goal, the restaurant has its own herb garden to ensure freshness.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the newly refurbished restaurant has come up with fresh new flavours that satisfy the palate. A great choice for starters include Revisited Yakizime Niçoise salad, while the restaurant’s take on mushroom soup will warm every stomach on a cool day.
For mains, the creamy mushroom risotto is great for sharing. Looking for something lighter? The signature barramundi is a must, offering a thick cut of white fish served with colourful veggies that play with the senses. There is also an array of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. No meal is complete without a dessert and we love the Floating Island with coconut panna cotta, mango and passion fruit coulis and blanc en neige.
With a name taken from two of the primary elements of the restaurant, guests can choose to be seated in the main al fresco pavilion or the air-conditioned garden room to soak in the surrounding views.
