InterContinental Bali Resort marks a new chapter for its restaurants as it welcomes a new Executive Chef, Indrajit Saha. His expertise is shaped by over 24 years of experience in kitchens of kitchens around the globe. It’s a career that has taken him from humble beginnings in Kolkata, India, to North America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and, most recently, Fiji’s very own InterContinental resort.

A creative visionary and artisan, Chef Saha boasts multiple projects under his belt, such as launching innovative dining concepts and bolstering the success of F&B operations. His portfolio also includes leading culinary teams in prestigious kitchens, with recognisable names like Kempinski in Djibouti and Seychelles, as well as Sofitel properties in Bahrain, India, and Thailand, comprising his resume. This globetrotting journey shapes him to have a passion for embracing new and diverse cultures, something undeniably crucial in the melting pot that is Bali.

Beyond his skills and multicultural predilections, Chef Saha is also bringing a unique culinary philosophy.
