Situated among the opulent villas of Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, Telu is the latest addition to the resort’s already amazing dining and drinking outlets. Meaning three in Balinese, Telu is not your ordinary watering hole. The bar symbolises the perfect harmony between nature, people and the soul.
Led by the resort’s Head Bartender Jan Jurecka, sustainability plays a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for its patrons. Overlooking the stunning herb garden, the open-air bar features 100 percent repurposed and upcycled materials found in the surrounding area. Meanwhile, the cocktails and bar bites found on the zero-waste menu are created using ingredients sourced fresh from the resort’s herb and vegetable garden. With fermentation, pickling, slow-cooking and infusion techniques, the bar promises a world-class cocktail experience that celebrates Bali’s unique flavours.
In addition to its zero-waste mission, Telu also supports three local community initiatives and adheres fully to a caring vision that influences every aspect, including its upcycled design and sustainably crafted drinks and food menu.
