Perched high above the lush Payangan valley, The Puhu Restaurant at Padma Resort Ubud unveils a refreshed culinary concept that bridges authenticity, creativity, and local connection. The new menu, crafted by Executive Chef Damian Pentelow, celebrates the best of Bali’s produce while embracing a world of diverse flavours.
Guests are invited to embark on a gastronomic journey that highlights the island’s culinary soul alongside Asian and international inspirations. Puhu Signatures pay tribute to Bali’s rich heritage with dishes such as Ayam Betutu, Gindara Nyat Nyat, and Kuah Balung. Indian Inspirations add a vibrant twist, featuring favourites like Lamb Rogan Josh and Chicken 65, while International Selections offer refined comfort with Wagyu Beef Short Rib, Flame-Grilled Bone Marrow, and Bali Pork Ribs.
For mindful diners, Wellness Creations present nourishing, plant-based delights made from locally sourced ingredients, complemented by Decadent Desserts such as Markisa Payangan Cheesecake, Es Cendol Payangan, and Popcorn Crème Brûlée.
