Try the delectable creations from Executive Chinese Chef Christopher Chai, such as Red Velvet with Tiramisu paste and White Lotus with Spicy Dried Shrimp. The former has a rich tiramisu filling while the latter is bursting with a unique flavour of white lotus with dried shrimp.

JIA also offers various enticing classic mooncakes, including White Lotus paste with single/double yolk and Red Lotus paste with single/double yolk, Red Bean paste, Healthy Five Grain and Bamboo Charcoal Pandan.
