As Korean culture continues to take over the world, its cuisine has carved a special place in the hearts of many epicureans internationally. Tangelo Restaurant at Cicada Resort Bali Ubud, Autograph Collection by Marriott International, will be spotlighting a taste of South Korean flavours through the purview of JinJoo Jakarta, one of the Indonesian capital’s pinnacles of Korean fine dining. The two restaurants will join hands through a two-night-only collaboration, JinJoo at Tangelo, on 31 January and 1 February 2026.
This special dinner introduces JinJoo chef-owner Chef JB’s precision, meticulousness, and penchant for food from his homeland to Tangelo Restaurant. Working alongside him is Tangelo’s very own Head Chef Buda, with his contemporary approach to dishes that transcend regional borders. Unfolding over eight courses, each dish acts as a bridge that connects the two, creating a menu that’s as innovative as it is mindful, a playful modern reinterpretation that retains its reverence for traditional authenticity.

More than a crossover between the two kitchens, this collaboration represents Tangelo Restaurant’s commitment to bringing diversity and excellence to Ubud’s growing culinary scene.
