It is widely known that ATLAS, one of Asia’s best bars, has been collecting accolades since it opened. Now, under the new hands of Head Bartender Lidiyanah K, the bar is heightening your drinking senses by introducing a new menu.
Aptly named Simple Pleasures, the menu celebrates the simplicity of well-made cocktails and the pleasure that transcends time. Inside the new menu, cocktail aficionados get to explore four classic cocktail types: Martinis, Sours, Old Fashioneds and Champagne Cocktails. Each of these commemorates the timeless indulgence of leisurely pursuits with a nod to drinking history.
With an innovative step toward greater transparency and to aid guests in navigating the cocktails, each drink notes its Alcohol by Volume (ABV) percentage. This allows patrons to order according to their expectations and tailor their drinking journey to suit; the higher the percentage, the punchier the drink.
For example, within the Martini category, you will find the Montgomery with an ABV of 21.6%, comprising mint-tea infused vodka, dry vermouth and absinthe. For something stiffer, take a sip of the Valley of The Ashes, which, with an ABV of 23.5%, is the second most potent drink on the menu.
