Since its opening, Lobo & Juno at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan has effortlessly captured the hearts of its patrons with a delectable array of East-to-West dishes, each one telling a unique and fascinating story that ignites lively conversations. Over time, this restaurant has garnered attention by consistently attracting both new and loyal customers through numerous collaborations and takeovers, the most recent being the Mozaic Gastronomic Bali takeover.

Taking place on 7 and 8 June 2024, the exclusive culinary takeover offered a gastronomic adventure unlike any other, with a sumptuous six-course set menu designed by the highly regarded Head Chef Blake Thornley of Mozaic Gastronomic Bali. With his innovative culinary perspective and extensive experience in international cuisine, Chef Blake Thornley skilfully infused each dish with his distinctive artistry.

Patrons experienced a revolutionary exploration of fine dining as Chef Thornley curated a menu celebrating the vibrant tapestry of pan-Asian flavours. He meticulously selects locally sourced ingredients and pairs each dish with the perfect premium whisky pairing. Everyone enjoyed this masterful takeover, which promises an elevated dining experience –
a symphony for the senses. Moreover, this intimate gastronomic experience offered a limited number of reservations to ensure a personalised dining adventure.
