Experience Bali’s finest culinary offerings in Jakarta for a limited time only.

Discerning diners in Jakarta will be delighted to learn that Bali’s innovative dining destination is coming to the capital city. Locavore in Ubud, born out of the minds of highly talented chefs Ray and Eelke, has won hearts of foodies thanks to its inspired modern cuisine with local produce approach. From 17 to 27 March 2022, you can enjoy the Locavore dining experience at five-star hotel Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta.

 

Dubbed “The Exploration in Jakarta”, the gastronomic experience will highlight a sustainable approach to sourcing ingredients, while refraining from using dairy, wheat, and anything that contains glutten. The special event will see two programmes, The Unknown: An Edible Mystery Explored is available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 6PM, and is perfect for those with adventurous palates.

Meanwhile, The Butcher’s Table is not to be missed, every Sunday from 12 noon to 3PM. Carnivorous hearts will find heaven at The Butcher’s Table, with a menu including table-side steak tartare, chicken liver mousse, country-style pork pâté, roasted pork rack, beef wellington, and more.
