Grand Hyatt Hong Kong introduces The Magic Table, an immersive dining experience that merges culinary creativity with the art of illusion. Building on the international success of Le Petit Chef, this new concept brings storytelling to life by transforming the table into a stage.

At the centre of The Magic Table are Thommy Ten and Amélie van Tass, celebrated worldwide as The Clairvoyants. Known for their award-winning mental magic and acclaimed appearances on America’s Got Talent and Las Vegas stages, the duo has performed more than 500 shows across the globe.

The culinary element is equally refined. The Grand Illusion Menu spans five courses, from beef tartare with foie gras and black truffle to butternut pumpkin with Oscietra caviar, beef tenderloin, lobster with citrus beurre blanc, and a theatrical chocolate sphere dessert. A vegetarian option, The Enchanted Garden Menu, replaces meat dishes with beetroot tartare, forest mushrooms and baked celeriac. For younger guests, The Young Magician’s Feast Menu ensures families can share in the spectacle.
