Wonders of Nature kicks things off with a degustation dinner at Kubu Restaurant. Set by the Ayung River, the evening unfolds across nine courses, expertly prepared by Chef Eka Sunarya from the surrounding terroir’s best offers. Wellness enthusiasts can participate in Adventure and Renewal, which starts early the next morning at 4am. This experience takes guests on a Land Rover drive up to Mount Batur to catch the Easter Day sunrise. It invites guests to witness the daybreak slowly casting its orange glow across the volcanic landscape of lava sand, a journey that is irreplicable anywhere. Afterwards, they can retreat to Mandapa Spa for a 90-minute Mepijet massage, blending Javanese and Balinese techniques for a restorative rejuvenation of body, mind, and spirit.
Those feeling peckish afterwards can indulge in the Easter Sunday Celebration Brunch at Sawah Terrace Restaurant. The clifftop is serving up an array of staples like pastries and salads, accompanied by a spread of grilled seafood, Indonesian fare, and tropical fruits.
