Manisan Bali, the authentic Indonesian restaurant by Alaya Resort Ubud, has just appointed I Gusti Made Sukadana, better known as Lambon, as head chef. With a passion for honest, authentic food that evokes the senses, Lambon brings his own unique touch to the restaurant’s menu. General manager of Alaya Hotels & Resorts – the hospitality group where Manisan Bali is located – Dewi Mas expressed her excitement at welcoming Lambon to the team. She also said that with Lambon on board, they would introduce some exciting menu updates that stayed true to the exotic Balinese flavours favoured by the restaurant’s loyal guests.
