Embrace your inner carnivore this festive season at one of Hong Kong’s hottest new restaurants, MEATS, located in the heart of Soho. MEATS opened in October 2017 and is Hong Kong’s first and only Meat Bar offering guests a straightforward menu of sharing-style dishes and fabulous drinks.
The menu pays homage to all things meat, skilfully prepared to bring out the best flavours with techniques such as house smoking, slow roasting and grilling over the kitchen’s custom-made rotisserie and Robata grill.
The Christmas Brunch and Christmas Tasting dinner menus feature dishes like Iberian Porchetta with Italian herbs and Chef Paddy’s take on Christmas turkey, while the New Year’s Eve special includes succulent roasted duck alongside other tender meat dishes from the menu.
