By day, a lunch menu evolves twice weekly, guided entirely by what is freshest and most inspiring at the market. In the evening, guests choose between a discovery menu, a surprise menu and an à la carte selection that changes roughly every six weeks. This deliberate rhythm ensures that no two visits feel quite the same, while maintaining a consistent culinary identity rooted in balance, precision and respect for produce.
The atmosphere mirrors the cuisine: warm, contemporary and inviting.
