On Christmas Day, the chillout venue is organising a fun lunch by the beach with a five-course set menu. Savour a delicious Nikkei-inspired menu including cured scallop, BBQ quail bitter leaf, barramundi fillet, smoked beef short rib and a Christmas pudding ice cream. An additional drink package is also available to complete the experience.
On New Year’s Eve, a special dinner will commence as a memorable last meal for 2019. Indulge your taste buds with fine tasting dishes from caviar and egg to wagyu sirloin, before joining the festivities with DJ performances and a fireworks display.
