This September, the bar joins the worldwide celebration of Negroni Week with four distinctive takes on the classic drink, available from 22-28 September 2025.
Each creation carries its own personality. The Kuro Negroni balances familiar notes of gin, Campari and sweet vermouth with the depth of crème de cacao. Love Bird introduces a sparkling twist with Chandon Brut and rosella. Red Signature offers a bolder profile through Espolon and almond, while The Classic Negroni remains a timeless favourite. During Henshin Hour, guests can enjoy two glasses for IDR200,000++, making the ritual of aperitivo even more enticing.
The experience unfolds within Henshin’s multi-level space, where Japanese-Peruvian cuisine is paired with a lively bar scene. Framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the views alone could command attention, yet it’s the atmosphere that lingers: a blend of cosmopolitan energy, refined flavours and the subtle thrill of being suspended above the city.
