Located in the heart of SoHo, the acclaimed MAJO Tapas Paella Bar has welcomed new Executive Chef Salvador Benedicto. A native of Barcelona, Chef Benedicto was exposed to the culinary arts from a young age, helping his mother to prepare traditional family fare in the kitchen from the
tender age of eight. He then followed
a long-cherished dream of a culinary career by studying at the Barcelona Hospitality Academy.
Inspired by the social tapas culture in Spain, MAJO evolves through the day from a lunch pit stop to a lively al fresco post-work tippling destination, and combines tapas and paella menus with a comprehensive cocktail program and a welcoming Mediterranean vibe.

Comforting and inviting, MAJO’s all-new weekend Spanish brunch combines one of the biggest al fresco patio seatings in SoHo with exquisite Spanish cuisine, making it the perfect way for those easing their way into a relaxing weekend.
The Spanish brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm, priced at HKD390 per guest, including a selection of shared tapas, a choice of one main course and dessert. The two-hour free-flow package offers brilliant value for money and is priced at HKD230, including sangrias on tap, Cava, house wine and JJ Whitely Gin & Tonic.
