Initially launched in 2018 at Vasa Hotel Surabaya, Chamas quickly gained acclaim for its authentic churrasco and festive rodízio dining, transforming meals into unforgettable celebrations.
Now in Bali, the restaurant offers exclusive cuts, such as smoked pork loin, baby back ribs and beef flank Tokusen, alongside signature favourites like picanha, Tomahawk and Cupim Marinado. Leading the kitchen is Brazilian Chef Valdemi Tavares Vilela, whose decade of experience across Southeast Asia ensures that the flame-grilled bite is a masterpiece.
