Named after the ancient term for Britain, the restaurant’s design pays homage to the classic sophistication of British culture, featuring a historic British bar and wooden panelling reminiscent of London’s exclusive private members’ clubs.
Leading the restaurant is the renowned British Chef Kirk Westaway, whose other restaurant, JAAN by Kirk Westaway in Singapore, has received two Michelin stars for four years running. Working alongside Chef Kirk is Head Chef Christopher Clarke, a long-time friend and seasoned culinary professional. Together, they have created a menu that reinvents traditional British cuisine, producing elegant yet approachable dishes that are great for sharing and suitable for both novice and experienced diners.
