Held on 1 July 2025, this exclusive one-night kitchen takeover transformed the resort’s Italian restaurant, Prego, into a showcase of French culinary craftsmanship.
The event highlighted the expertise of two esteemed Elle & Vire Professionnel Chef Ambassadors: Chef Etienne Leroy, a World Pastry Cup champion and Executive Chef at Maison Lenôtre, and Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Mozzani of La Table du 11 in Versailles. Guests enjoyed a carefully curated menu that emphasised the artistry and finesse characteristic of French cuisine, all presented with meticulous attention to detail.
