Artisan Kuliner Group marks the opening of Noesaka at Plaza Indonesia with an exclusive collaboration with culinary expert William Wongso, presenting Jejak Rasa, a menu that brings regional Indonesian dishes to a modern dining setting while staying true to traditional flavours.
Artisan Kuliner Group has opened Noesaka at Plaza Indonesia, bringing its interpretation of Indonesian cuisine to one of Jakarta’s most established lifestyle destinations. The restaurant focuses on Nusantara flavours presented in a modern and accessible way, while keeping close to traditional recipes and techniques.
To mark the opening, Noesaka introduces a special collaboration with culinary expert William Wongso. Titled Jejak Rasa, the exclusive menu reflects Wongso’s long-standing work in documenting and promoting Indonesian food culture, combined with Noesaka’s approach to presenting it for today’s audience. The collaboration centres on dishes that represent specific regions and personal culinary journeys, translated into plates that remain practical and relevant for everyday dining.
The Jejak Rasa menu includes Rendang Beef Cheek from Padang, slow-cooked until tender with classic spices; Tuna Gohu from Ternate, featuring fresh tuna with coconut oil and citrus notes; and Sop Binte Biluhuta from Gorontalo, a sweet corn soup with shrimp and herbs. Other dishes include Udang Tangkap from Aceh, Pepes Shisamo with East Javanese black spices, Red Fried Rice in Surabaya style, Rawon Pipi Sapi from East Java, and Wagyu Maranggi Satay inspired by Purwakarta. Traditional desserts such as Jongkong and Surabi Pandan Durian complete the menu.
Beyond the collaboration, Noesaka Plaza Indonesia also serves its signature dishes, including Batagor and Siomay made with mackerel, Palembang-style pempek, Bogor soto mie, and Pontianak-style meatballs. Together, these dishes underline Noesaka’s aim to represent Indonesia’s regional diversity in one menu.
Founded in 2022 at One Satrio, Noesaka has expanded to PIK Lands End and now Plaza Indonesia. Each outlet shares the same focus: offering Indonesian food that feels familiar, well-executed, and suited to different dining occasions, from business lunches to warm meals with family and friends.
