Ikan Bar will host an exclusive one-night takeover featuring innovative creations from Nutmeg & Clove, one of Asia’s and the World’s 50 Best Bars.
The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is set to host an evening of mixology as Ikan Bar welcomes Nutmeg & Clove, recognised as one of Asia’s and the World’s 50 Best Bars, for an exclusive bar takeover on 22 September 2025. This one-night-only event will take place against the calming backdrop of the Indian Ocean and will feature inventive cocktails created by Sim Sze Wei, the Group Operations Manager of Nutmeg Collective.
Sim, a bartender from Singapore, brings extensive experience from renowned venues such as Atlas and Caffe Fernet. He has represented Singapore on various prestigious platforms, securing a Top 3 finish at La Maison Cointreau in 2018 and earning spots in the Global Top 16 at Bacardi Legacy 2018 and Elit Art of Martini 2017. He has been nominated among Singapore’s Top 4 Bartenders and is known for his approachable style and innovative cocktail creations.
During this special evening at Ikan Bar, guests can anticipate a selection of Nutmeg & Clove’s signature cocktails. Highlights will include a distinctive Nutmeg & Clove Old Fashioned, a Spiced Rum Sour with tropical zest and spice, and a Clove-Infused Negroni, offering a creative twist on the classic Italian drink. Additionally, seasonal exclusives and a variety of thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic options will also be available.
