One-Ninety, the Modern Asian brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, has reopened after a superb floral and botanical makeover.
With a passion for Provençal cuisine, the high-spirited but simple style of cooking that focuses on preserving the taste and texture of seasonal, fresh ingredients, and a kaleidoscope of Asian ingredients and flavours at his disposal, Chef Kamarl cooks up an artisanal treat that fits the wonderful new look One-Ninety to perfection.
Signature dishes include the delicious snapper bouillabaisse, a spicy broth with daikon and lemongrass crammed with roasted red snapper, clams, tiger prawns and mussels. Carnivores can check out the signature Westholme wagyu striploin served with tarragon emulsion and fries.
