The establishment is led by Executive Chef Masashi Horiuchi, who utilises classical French cooking techniques and high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers to craft a contemporary tasting menu. This menu not only provides a delightful culinary experience but also emphasises a narrative and harmony of flavours.

The dining atmosphere at Potager is designed for a multi-sensory experience, featuring a circular dining space that encourages connection among guests. An open-show kitchen allows diners to observe the chefs as they transform exceptional produce into meticulously prepared dishes, creating a sense of immediacy and engagement.

CACAO

For guests looking for a more private experience, Potager offers four exclusive dining rooms, each accommodating up to 10 people. These peaceful spaces come with open-air patios that showcase views of lush tropical landscapes, making them ideal for special occasions or intimate gatherings. The private rooms provide easy access to the restaurant’s offerings, as well as the adjacent wine lounge, Oeno, where Group Sommelier Dennis Chong presents a curated collection of over 1,000 wines, focusing primarily on French varieties, particularly Champagne and Burgundy.

Further innovation is fostered in Espace, Potager’s test kitchen, which serves as a creative space for experimentation. Here, a rotating selection of guest chefs, ranging from emerging talents to established culinary experts, collaborates to develop seasonal menus and explore new culinary techniques. Espace not only encourages fresh ideas but also acts as a platform for showcasing new talents and advancing modern gastronomy.
