Making the most of the Italian summer truffle season, available daily through June, Prego Italian Restaurant at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali invites guests to explore and indulge in the special Prego Summer Black Truffle dinner menus. Available from 6.30pm until 10.30pm every evening, the Prego Summer Black Truffle dinners are available both a la carte or as an impressively priced degustation set menu.
With a woodland aroma and with strong hints of garlic, wild mushroom and earthy hazelnut undertones, black truffles add unique and rich flavours to many dishes. At Prego this translates into dishes like strangozzi di pasta fresca alla Norcina e lemelle di tartufo nero – fresh handmade strangled pasta with sausage and cream sauce Norcina style with fresh black truffle shaving, as well as apple tart tatine served with black truffle ice cream.
