Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills marks Lunar New Year 2026 with a focused festive programme inspired by the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol associated with energy, confidence, and forward movement. Taking place on 16–17 February 2026, the celebration is centred on dining experiences that emphasise togetherness, tradition, and shared optimism for the year ahead.
The programme is presented across the resort’s key dining venues, each offering a distinct interpretation of Lunar New Year customs. Festive menus are designed to balance classic Chinese flavours with contemporary presentation, supported by symbolic elements such as Yee Sang, which remains central to the celebration.
At Jade River Chinese Restaurant, the Lunar New Year is highlighted through two curated set menus. The Jinbao Set presents an eight-course sequence that includes Prosperity Abalone and Salmon Yee Sang, double-boiled soups, steamed fish, braised abalone, lotus leaf fried rice, and a chilled dessert. For guests seeking a more premium experience, the Yufeng Set features higher-grade ingredients such as bird’s nest, grouper, halibut, and fish maw, also served across eight courses. Jade River further extends the celebration with Roast to Go options, including Hong Kong roasted duck, BBQ combinations, and nian gao, available from 8-16 February 2026 for home gatherings.
At Damar Restaurant, a Chinese New Year’s Eve dinner on 16 February and a brunch on 17 February present a wide selection of festive dishes designed for sharing. The experience is supported by dining offers for groups and families.
Mad Cow Vimala Hills approaches the occasion with a single highlight dish: the Prosperity Tomahawk. Designed for groups, the 1.2 kg Australian tomahawk steak is served with selected sides and a complimentary Yee Sang, offering a straightforward centrepiece for Lunar New Year gatherings.
