Jakarta’s bar scene recently welcomed a vibrant addition with the launch of the Take Over Bar series at Embers Open-Fire Grill, located at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. The inaugural event, themed KEEP WALKING, showcased cocktails crafted by guest mixologists Bill Bronson and Nicky Offandio, while DJ Putri Citra provided the soundtrack of the night.
The restaurant’s open-fire kitchen and stunning skyline views created an engaging yet relaxed atmosphere. Guests were able to follow the cocktail-making process from pouring to garnishing, asked questions, shared laughs and enjoy the laidback vibe throughout the evening. The light character of Johnnie Walker Blonde was a highlight in the signature cocktails, contributing to a memorable evening.
The Take Over Bar series will return as a seasonal event, with the property set to bring fresh collaborations, unexpected flavours and new experiences in the months ahead.
