Now commanding the kitchen brigade, Mandira channels his Le Cordon Bleu training plus professional experience spanning London and Sydney into a highly structured yet disciplined approach to the menu. His primary objective is to position The Cutler Prime Rib as a definitive destination for prime rib paired with classic steakhouse dishes executed with precision.
