From March, guests will be able to indulge in a new menu emphasising sharing, sustainability and locally sourced ingredients. Created by recently appointed Chef Gusti Ngurah Asmara Putra, the new menu will focus on local seafood with some favourite international dishes thrown in for good measure.
The drinks menu is also be revamped and includes a new cocktail selection crafted by newly appointed Bar Manager Oka Darmawan, who is backed by over 20 years of bar experience and has won multiple awards for his concoctions. 
With a relaxing al fresco deck area and under-cover seating, by day the restaurant oozes the famed Stones party-vibe, whilst after dark, the addition of nightly live entertainment and extension of the pool deck dining space creates a fantastic beneath-the-stars dining experience.
With great service and a terrific holiday vibe, Big Fish Bar & Grill is open to both hotel guests and walk-in diners.
