Ring in the New Year with SIKI After Dark

SIKIKick off the new year on the right foot with SIKI After Dark, a special eight-course menu that enlivens celebrations counting down to the final moments of 2025.

There are plenty of reasons to celebrate the new year. Whether one intends to reflect on the past year, send hopeful tidings to the next, or simply use the year-end holiday moment to sit back and relax with family and friends, SIKI offers the one thing to complete any festivities: delicious food.

“New Year’s Eve is an opportunity to gather with people we value, to reflect on meaningful moments and to celebrate what lies ahead with a sense of joy,” shared Executive Chef Vincent Hiew. “We’ve designed this evening to encourage connection through food, ambiance and shared experiences that feel genuine, relaxed and enjoyable.”

SIKI After Dark: New Year’s Dinner Party arrives on 31 December 2025 with an eight-course dinner menu that follows the restaurant’s playbook of upgrading the refined precision of Japanese cooking with Balinese culinary sensibilities. Tri Taluh is one example, which, as its name suggests, features three kinds of eggs: omega egg, ikura, and caviar. The Cold Chuka Udon provides a refreshing burst of herbaceousness, courtesy of the cilantro dressing coating chewy noodles and shio kombu-flavoured Asari clams. For a sweet ending, the Kiiro Senja features a medley of mango mousse and compote, topped with passionfruit sphere and chantilly.

For those looking for extra buzz, the all-you-can-drink package will more than suffice. From 8:30pm to 12:30am, diners can enjoy the addition of house spirits that include single-malt and Japanese whiskies, a choice of red and white wines, as well as prosecco to keep spirits high until the ball drops.
