To ring in the Year of the Horse, Four Seasons Resorts Bali has prepared a delectable buffet spread at both locations, with Taman Wantilan representing the Jimbaran Bay property, while Ayung Terrace becomes the highlight at the Sayan outlet.
The Year of the Horse is believed to bring forth a faster pace of life; upward momentum that leads to swift changes, something that can serve as a basis for bigger ambitions in personal growth. Before facing that rapidity, though, Four Seasons Resorts Bali sends an invitation to slow down and enjoy this new beginning by celebrating with one’s closest folks over a sumptuous dinner spread on 16 February 2026 at the signature restaurants of its two destinations on the island.
Festivities at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay arrive at Taman Wantilan, an ideal oceanfront setting for the whole family. Between 6pm and 10pm, diners can delight in a buffet-style spread of Chinese New Year dishes with the carving station at its heart serving a selection of crispy Peking duck, glossy suckling pig, and flaky salt-dough baked fish. Meanwhile, those with a preference for seafood can avail themselves of the raw bar, where lobsters, oysters, and scallops await. The little ones would look forward to the sweet treats to round out the meal, whether it’s an indulgent scoop of ice cream, a slice of cake, or delicate pastries, to be enjoyed while lion dance performers entertain patrons.
Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan can be an alternative for those who wish to trade busy beaches for a tranquil jungle backdrop. Over at Ayung Terrace, the 6-to-10pm buffet selections similarly include a suckling pig and roast duck as the centrepiece, surrounded by the addition of dainty parcels of dim sum, hearty servings of striploin, succulent lobsters and king prawns, as well as a build-your-own noodle station. For a little extra flair, in-house guests will also receive a mandarin orange and a cake with a chocolate coin, representing good fortune in the coming year. To extend the celebrations, they can also venture to the lobby on 17 February for a captivating lion dance performance.
