The seaside eatery is redefining Sunday dining with its Coastal Brunch, a vibrant celebration of Bali’s best seafood, premium meats and seasonal produce.
Every Sunday from midday until 4pm, Seasalt invites guests to graze, savour and linger at what has become one of Bali’s most beloved brunches. Overlooking Seminyak’s beach, the experience combines sustainable dining, Japanese-inspired flavours, and a relaxed, stylish atmosphere set to live saxophone and DJ performances.
The brunch unfolds through a mix of à la carte tasting plates and The Chef’s Display, where a refined buffet offers unlimited seafood, meats and garden-fresh vegetable dishes. Highlights include Banyuwangi oysters with inventive condiments like Seasalt Mignonette or Spicy Ezme Nam Jim, alongside seafood maki, sashimi, and wood-fired carvings of slow-cooked sirloin and roasted chicken. Interactive stations keep the energy flowing with tacos, poke bowls and rice-skin rolls, while pass-around treats such as pineapple pear gazpacho with pickled oyster add a playful twist.
For those craving indulgence, the à la carte menu shines with creations such as wagyu short rib braised with Kalimantan black pepper, Persian-style lamb kofta and 72-hour ramen broth. Local inspiration is equally present, with Nusantara Laksa and seafood dumpling soup bringing a sense of homegrown flair. Dessert is another highlight, where the pastry team showcases Bali’s finest chocolate, vanilla and tropical fruits in artful creations.
To complement the food, beverage packages feature crisp wines and signature cocktails, with favourites like Minuty M Rosé and chilled prosecco enhancing the seaside setting.
