Designed as a modern lifestyle destination, Shu Cuisine & Bar combines a stylish interior inspired by contemporary Chinese aesthetics with an innovative bar that celebrates both tradition and creativity.
At the heart of Shu’s offering is its drinks menu, developed to pair seamlessly with its cuisine while also working as standalone highlights. The cocktails are designed to reinterpret Asian ingredients and present them in refined yet approachable forms.
Among the most recent and notable creations is the Tang Dynasty Sour, a vibrant mix of vodka, Campari, fresh orange juice and brewed plum tea. Bright and refreshing, it carries a sweet-and-sour citrus burst, balanced by Campari’s gentle bitterness and the subtle stone fruit depth of plum tea. The result is a summery cocktail that hints at Chinese heritage while remaining easy to enjoy.
Equally distinctive is the Matcha Mirage, crafted from clarified gin blended with matcha and yuzu honey, then topped with a silky layer of matcha foam. The drink delivers a lightly sweet and smooth texture, balancing earthy notes of matcha with the brightness of yuzu. Completing the trio is the White Tiger’s Whisper, a cocktail that blends rum infused with sencha tea, bianco vermouth and white cacao liqueur, finished with a soft foam.
