Padma Resort Legian begins 2026 in style as SKAI Bar & Grill unveils a bold new brunch series celebrating fire-led cooking, Mediterranean flavours and creative chef partnerships.

Padma Resort Legian welcomes 2026 with the introduction of an exciting annual programme at SKAI Bar & Grill, designed to spotlight rotating culinary collaborations with leading names from the industry. Opening the year’s line-up is SKAI Sunday Brunch featuring LYD Group, an elevated dining experience that builds on the success of the popular SKAI Brunch introduced during the festive season.

Taking place on Sunday, 11 January 2026, this debut edition brings together SKAI Bar & Grill and Chef Jeremy Blezynski, Group Director of Culinary at LYD Bali Group. Guided by the theme Flame. Fresh. Mediterranean, the brunch invites guests to indulge in a bottomless à la carte menu inspired by the vibrant coastal cuisines of the Mediterranean. The focus is on open-fire cooking, where flame, smoke and wood enhance fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Set against SKAI’s oceanfront backdrop, the experience blends refined culinary techniques with a relaxed beachside mood. Guests can expect interactive moments with the chefs, thoughtfully sourced local produce and a lively four-hour soundtrack from a live DJ accompanied by a saxophone performance.

A curated cocktail selection further elevates the afternoon, with Mediterranean-inspired creations such as herb-infused gin spritzers, citrus and olive oil martinis, and sparkling sangria infused with seasonal fruits.

Chef Jeremy, a Polish-Indonesian culinary figure, is known for shaping some of Bali’s most iconic venues, including La Brisa, La Favela and La Plancha. His soulful style and passion for char-grilled flavours pair seamlessly with SKAI’s home chef, Samuel Barus. With over 15 years of experience and deep roots at Padma Resort Legian, Chef Samuel brings precision, consistency and respect for process to the collaboration.

Together, the two chefs promise a balanced and expressive dining experience that blends technique, creativity and craftsmanship. This brunch marks the first of many, with SKAI Bar & Grill set to welcome new culinary perspectives throughout 2026, offering guests an evolving series of chef-driven dining moments by the sea.
