A one-night-only collaboration brings Mediterranean elegance and Asian flair to SKAI Bar & Grill at Padma Resort Legian.
SKAI Bar & Grill welcomes a special chefs’ collaboration with the renowned Mano Beach House for an exclusive dining experience on Saturday, 30 August 2025. From 6pm until late, guests can indulge in a menu that marries Mediterranean sophistication with Asian creativity, crafted by two celebrated chefs.

The evening will unfold as a relaxed à la carte dinner, giving diners the chance to savour a range of distinctive plates. Executive Chef Manu from Mano Beach House will showcase his signature Asian-inspired creations while incorporating Mediterranean influences. Staying true to Mano’s ethos of using the freshest local ingredients, his menu highlights include beef tartare with wagyu bolar blade MB5, soybean croquettes, grilled prawns with peri-peri sauce and Lamb merguez with harissa.

As the host, Padma Resort Legian’s Chef de Cuisine, Samuel Barus, highlights premium cuts and bold flavours in his dishes, reinforcing SKAI’s strong Mediterranean identity. Guests can look forward to indulgent highlights such as wagyu striploin MB6/7, 200+ days black Angus tenderloin and oven-baked snapper.
To end the evening on a sweet note, guests may enjoy Chef Barus’ refreshing lemon yoghurt panna cotta alongside Chef Manu’s indulgent smoked banana cake.
Set against SKAI’s stunning seaside backdrop, the event combines flavour and atmosphere with live DJ sets and acoustic performances.
