A Taste of the Mediterranean at L’Apogée Courchevel

Escape to Italy and Spain with two unique dining venues, where alpine views meet Mediterranean flavours.

Dining at L’Apogée Courchevel promises an inviting experience where alpine elegance meets the warmth of Mediterranean and Iberian cuisine. For the 2024-2025 season, the venue introduces Giovanni’s and Carmen, two culinary destinations that flawlessly blend style, flavour and hospitality.

Giovanni’s, a renowned pop-up from the iconic Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, brings an authentic taste of Italy to the snowy slopes of Courchevel. This inviting restaurant balances elegance with a vibrant energy, creating the perfect setting for an authentic Italian meal. The menu opens with antipasti, including creamy burrata and crispy arancini, setting the stage for an array of delightful main dishes. Guests can savour highlights like lobster spaghetti, seasonal risottos, and handcrafted pizzas made with organic flour and a hint of alpine charm. To end the meal on a sweet note, desserts like the Fior di Latte gelato cup and tiramisu offer a delightful finish, perfect for sharing.

Just a short walk from Giovanni’s, Carmen brings the lively spirit of Spain to Courchevel. Created by Chef Angel Jimenez, whose Spanish roots run deep, this tapas counter serves a variety of shareable plates, from savoury Croquetas de Jamón to flavourful Patatas Bravas. Each dish reflects the chef’s family traditions and personal memories, making the menu a heartfelt tribute to authentic Spanish cuisine.

Together, Giovanni’s and Carmen offer guests a unique contrast: Italian elegance meets Spanish vibrancy, all set against the stunning French Alps. With these two distinct experiences, L’Apogée Courchevel reimagines alpine dining, offering a memorable escape into the rich flavours of the Mediterranean.
