A lively Tex-Mex takeover is coming to JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta with a special collaboration from Rosalita’s Cantina Bali.
Tex-Mex cuisine takes centre stage at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta as the hotel presents Tex-Mex Temptations, a lively collaboration with guest chefs from Rosalita’s Cantina Bali. From 25 April to 5 May 2025, Sailendra Restaurant will host a vibrant celebration of Mexican-American flavours, complete with live Latin music and festive gatherings.
The programme will kick off on 25 April, attended by the Ambassador and Head of Culture from the Mexican Embassy in Indonesia, symbolising the spirit of friendship and cultural appreciation. Throughout the ten days, guests are invited to savour a colourful Tex-Mex buffet and a specially curated set menu. Highlights include the zesty Chili Lime Shrimp and Guacamole Bites, the indulgent Rosalita’s Pinwheel stuffed with savoury fillings, and crispy Jalapeño Poppers. A wide variety of tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas and Mexican street food favourites such as Corn Elote will also be featured.
The celebration will culminate in a lively Cinco de Mayo fiesta at Sailendra Restaurant and Blu Martini Bar & Lounge. To complete the experience, Rosalita’s expert mixologist will serve signature margaritas and Mexican-inspired cocktails, available exclusively at Blu Martini throughout the promotion.
