The Ramadhan Nusantara Culinary Journey awaits at Jakarta Restaurant and The Courtyard with a delectable buffet featuring regional Indonesian favourites, international dishes and a stunning carving station with kambing guling and rendang-glazed rib eye beef.
Bimasena Lobby Lounge, meanwhile, is featuring a month-long Moroccan-style market atmosphere with its Al Souk Marrakech Iftar. Transformed into a Moroccan majlis with Arabian pipe music in the background, guests can enjoy Middle Eastern, Indonesian and international delicacies including mezze, Arabic rice, quzzy (slow cooked lamb with roast nuts and vegetables) and the signature giant lobster Bunaken.
If you are planning to host a bespoke private event at an outside venue, then the Chef At Your Place team is available to support your culinary needs. There are also venues at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta where custom-designed banquets can be hosted and catered by the in-house culinary team.
